Our products are trusted by industry professionals and each brand is the market leader in its respective category in terms of quality, performance and ease of use./ph3Position Summary/h3pThis position is responsible for the setup, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment in order to produce according to quality specifications in an efficient and safe manner./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliOperate up to 4 complete lines of in-lined equipment for manufacturing of fasteners for commercial construction applications./liliPerforms setup and operates a variety of in-lined equipment to cold head, point and thread-roll fasteners for commercial construction applications./liliMaintains machinery through preventive maintenance/liliPerforms quality checks in adherence to specifications sheets; will also be responsible for documentation./liliDrives safety practices and procedures including identifying safety hazards./liliEnsures all housekeeping practices and procedures are met/liliPerforms 5-S activities and improvements as required/liliWorks with other team members and participates in team events and meetings./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Competencies/h3pCONTRIBUTES TO TEAM SUCCESS - Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
