What To Expect Tesla is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join the Legal Team, supporting the Employment and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) groups. This role involves managing complex legal matters, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and a proactive approach to handling sophisticated legal tools and processes. While experience in HR policies, employment matters, and EHS compliance is preferred, a willingness to learn and adapt to new legal areas is essential.
