Job Description Available as a contractor role Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle Autonomous role with support from experienced leaders Collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary team Key Responsibilities: As a Mental Health Worker, you will: Conduct client assessments & therapy from pediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests. Be able to work independently and efficiently Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work. Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions. Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care. Key Requirements: To be successful in the role, you will need: Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW) Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clinical teams Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective. Demonstrate a high standard of ethical practice A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
