Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care.
