Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following duties:

Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to policy and safety standards.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Additional Information

Applicants must be prepared to work various shifts as needed. This role may also involve travel between different locations within the region. A passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare field are essential for success in this position.
