We are seeking a cook with excellent knife handling skills to work with us at the Atlanta Fish Market.
Required skills:
- skilled in various cuts, proper grip, and can execute precision for high-volume service
- (chopping, dicing, slicing, mincing)
- Adherence to recipes, instruction, and safety/sanitation standards
- Ability to ensure consistent presentation, and collaborates under pressure
Scheduling Requirements:
Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday PM shifts only starting at 3:00 PM

Atlanta Fish Market has the widest selection of fresh fish and seafood in the Southeast. With seafood that is flown in every day for an ever-changing, innovative menu, we assure that you will have a great and lively experience in an urban loft setting in Buckhead, Atlanta. We offer a great variety of dishes from sushi to a wide selection of fish prepared to your taste. We also suggest ordering from our extensive seafood list that includes Maine lobster, crab and shrimp cocktails, and iced oysters that are brought in from both the East and West Coast.
