Child Support Case Processing Analyst - 73005325
Business and Financial Operations
This Child Support Case Processing Analyst position with the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program processes customer requests, coordinates with internal and external partners, and researches and resolves case issues to help children receive financial support. Located in West Palm Beach, the role involves analyzing case data, assisting customers, and making decisions based on case information and documentation. This is a full‑time position with standard 8am–5pm hours Monday through Friday, with eligibility for part‑time telework after training.
