This role involves providing exceptional technical support and solutions to VIP clients in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering white-glove service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional technical support to VIP clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. Manage and troubleshoot macOS workstations and iOS devices, supporting end-user needs promptly and thoroughly. Lead and assist on high-end technical projects involving advanced hardware, software, and networking solutions. Physically deploy network equipment with support from a Network Engineer. Collaborate with clients to resolve a broad range of technical challenges, including network issues (DHCP, DNS, VPN, teleworker connectivity). Maintain and organize a ticketing system (e.g., Jira) to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution. Support device management platforms such as Jamf Pro or other MDM solutions. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for internal use and client reference. Be on-call and flexible to accommodate after-hours or weekend requests for VIP support. Work closely with your team to solve complex problems and contribute to continuous service improvements. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of help desk and technical support experience, with demonstrated growth. Extensive experience supporting Mac OS workstations and iOS devices; PC experience is a plus. Proficiency in networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and teleworker connectivity issues. Strong expertise in ticketing systems, ideally Jira. Experience with Jamf Pro, Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) platforms. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication, ownership, and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure environments. Strong technical and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of scripting such as Bash or PowerShell is a plus. Preferred Skills & Experience: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a calm and composed demeanor during stressful situations. Relentless perseverance, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for professional development and continuous learning in the IT field. Experience working in a high-end, client-facing technical environment with VIP clients. Experience in unstructured environments. Experience on residential technology environments is a plus.
