The Outside Sales Associate is a key member of our sales team responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing existing accounts within the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on selling new product launches and custom solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. With a set Monday to Friday schedule from 10am to 6:30pm and local travel within the assigned territory, this position offers training and growth opportunities including potential management roles.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and generate sales leads within the territory
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, focusing on new launches and custom solutions
• Process orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Negotiate terms to close sales effectively
• Manage and grow assigned accounts to meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in outside sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Effective time management and lead generation abilities
• Problem-solving skills and knowledge of sales techniques
• Experience or interest in territory management
