Job Description :
Independently managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and levels. This individual will take ownership of requisitions from intake through offer, partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to drive hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Management
* Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions across various levels and business functions.
* Lead intake calls directly with hiring managers to establish role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
* Conduct behavioral, competency, and skills-based phone screens and interviews to assess and advance qualified candidates.
* Maintain accurate and timely candidate dispositioning within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
* Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for both active and anticipated requisitions.
* Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple business areas using a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Leverage employer branding tools and social media platforms to enhance talent attraction efforts.
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership
* Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and candidate demographic data.
* Proactively communicate market conditions and hiring trends to inform recruitment strategy and set realistic expectations.
Community & Campus Engagement
* Lead outreach efforts to technical colleges, trade schools, and other academic institutions to build pipelines for manufacturing talent
Process & Project Contribution
* Contribute to HR/Recruiting projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Share best practices and sourcing strategies to elevate the broader Talent Acquisition team.
* Assist with interview scheduling if needed


Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment with direct hiring manager interaction.
* Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience recruiting across diverse functional areas; manufacturing or industrial sector experience a plus.
* Experience with Workday is preferred
