Regional Field Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish)

In this role, you will actively source, recruit, and onboard subcontractor crews while developing strong referral networks and industry relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys meeting people, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard subcontractor crews throughout the assigned territory
• Travel regularly to visit suppliers, distributors, and industry partners
• Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community networking events
• Build and maintain referral networks within skilled trades communities
• Conduct vendor screenings and crew evaluations
• Support onboarding and activation of new crews
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and track recruitment activity

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, skilled trades, or sales preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop professional networks
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
