What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Manage a patient caseload of 12-25 outpatients daily and conduct hospital rounds for 2-8 patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level III trauma setting
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in ongoing patient treatment plans and consults
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

• Medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain
• Certification in Hematology and Oncology (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

• Prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings
• Ability to start ASAP or within a short timeframe
