Banquet Server Position

Crossed Keys Estate is seeking experienced banquet servers for our luxury wedding venue. Enthusiastic candidates wanted, must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment during events with up to 300 guests. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
• Relay food and beverage orders
• Refill beverages and fulfill bar orders at dining tables.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to kitchen team.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.

Qualifications

• Must be available at least 1-2 days per week (nights and weekends), Thursday through Sunday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a server is preferred

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

THE VISION FOR CROSSED KEYS ESTATE BEGAN OVER 30 YEARS AGO WITH KATHERINE AND CELSO RODRIGUEZ. Blending Katherine's love for planning and Celso's passion for food, the Rodriguez family began their legacy of thoughtfully curated milestone events centered around meals worth remembering. As their family grew, so did their business and its offerings, and when Katherine and Celso stumbled upon the estate in 1999, they knew they'd found their forever home and the perfect location to allow Crossed Keys Estate to flourish into the established wedding venue it is today - over 600 joy-filled weddings later. Today, Crossed Keys Estate is truly a family-owned and operated business. Katherine and Celso are joined in the business by their son, John, daughter, Jessica, and her husband, Kyle. We're proud to have added other wonderful members to our team and see many of our wedding season staff choose to return year after year. We love that our estate is centered around family, and when you get married at Crossed Keys, you become a part of it. We value the relationships we create with our couples, appreciate their trust, and are honored to still be in contact with many of our couples up to 15 years later.
