Position Overview

Maryland Industrial Trucks is seeking skilled Mechanics to join their team in Linthicum, MD. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklifts and heavy/material handling equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

We currently have 3 open positions:

• 2 focused on forklift repair
• 1 focused on heavy equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and/or heavy equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Work on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of mechanic experience
• Experience repairing forklifts and/or heavy equipment
• Must have own tools
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Reliable and able to work independently or on a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $40$45/hour (based on experience)
