SAIC provides management support services to CI&IDS including project and financial management, resource planning, budgeting, organizational management, and post-award contract support. We are seeking a results-driven Business Operations Specialist to analyze and coordinate project schedules. Lead and execute the work in this functional area for designated project leads and interact collaboratively with project GPLs and IPT technical delivery leads to provide schedule planning, developing, updating and analyzing integrated master schedules. To coordinate and complete all project processes with project scheduling from requirements through delivery. This includes supporting and/or leading Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, producing detailed reports. Duties to include tailoring standard tools to best support project scheduling and reporting. The journeyman level position requires direct interaction with customers and applying leadership skills for decision-making and solving scheduling issues. This position will require 10% travel within the Patuxent River, MD general region. It is a hybrid role with 2 days required onsite per week. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience; relevant years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Experience scheduling, planning, executing, and monitoring acquisition projects is required. Experience leading scheduling efforts and being responsible for making decisions is required. Experience with project scheduling using Microsoft Project required. Strong written and verbal skills is required. Secret clearance is required to begin work. Experience with Navy acquisition and resource planning is desired. Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
