Garantir a consistência da comunicação da marca em todos os pontos de contato. Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa, como vendas e produto, para alinhar as estratégias. Acompanhar as tendências do mercado e propor inovações para manter a competitividade. Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e apresentar resultados para a diretoria.
