May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Bachelor's degree with minimum 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.2. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.3. Extensive experience in developing large layout designs for equipment and workspaces to enhance productivity and reduce waste.4. Proficiency with various work measurement techniques such as predetermined motion time systems (PMTS), work sampling, and direct time study.5. Extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Desired Skills1. Excellent communication skills.2.
