Medical Receptionist / Scheduler
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 35 Hours/Week
Looking for a Medical Receptionist who loves working with people?
Our client is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist/ Scheduler to join their team in a professional, patient-focused medical office. If you have a warm personality, enjoy helping patients, and are comfortable managing a busy front desk, this could be a great opportunity for you!
You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice—greeting patients, helping them navigate their appointments, and making sure their experience is positive from the moment they walk through the door.
- Welcome and assist patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule follow-up appointments and surgical procedures
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and general questions
- Maintain accurate patient and appointment information
- Utilize computer systems and scheduling software
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and office staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Help keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of prior medical reception/front desk experience Required
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A friendly, professional, and pleasant demeanor
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical environment
- Ophthalmology experience is a definite plus!
