Regional Sales Director | NYC

iRhythm Technologies seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead revenue growth and manage Territory Manager teams across a defined geography. The role requires developing sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration to execute enterprise commercial objectives in the cardiac diagnostics market.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales performance, revenue targets, and execution against corporate objectives and operating plans
• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through field engagement, feedback, and accountability on core business management responsibilities
• Establish clear sales priorities, performance standards, and key performance indicators; drive course correction as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, operations, and finance to align on strategy and ensure customer experience
• Build and sustain high-performing sales teams through disciplined hiring, training, and succession pipeline development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Sales leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries
• Proven track record leading Territory Manager teams and front-line sales leaders
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze complex sales and market data
• Executive-level communication skills and demonstrated customer presence
• Ability to travel up to 70% as needed; must be within 20-minute commute of New York City
• Preferred experience in cardiology, diagnostics markets, or enterprise health systems
