In this role, you’ll represent lenders, investors, and developers. Your focus will be real estate lending and joint venture financing. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, facilitating secured lending transactions, and applying for state and federal tax credits. Competitive candidates will have a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and experience with transactions involving tax credits. You’ll have a hybrid schedule.
