The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing case materials.Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and gather documents for case preparation.Maintain case files and manage case deadlines using legal software and docketing systems.Coordinate the logistics of depositions, hearings, and trials, including preparing exhibits and witness materials.Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in the case.Perform other administrative duties, including billing support, document formatting, and maintaining internal databases.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation.Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., e-filing platforms, case management systems).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for career development and growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
