Product Commercialization Lead - Money Movement

About the role You will own the market-facing side of our money business in the US — how it is positioned, packaged, priced, channelled and adopted. Product development and engineering own the build; you own positioning, packaging, pricing, channel strategy, customer journey, partner enablement, customer relationships and market expansion. You own the what and the why; they own the how. What You Will Own Commercial strategy and positioning Build the 12–18 month commercialization plan for money movement and management in the US Make the high-leverage commercial decisions — where we go deep, where we partner, where we say no Set and defend quarterly commercial OKRs with the leadership team Own how we package, price and position our rail capabilities — ACH, wire, RTGS, real-time payments, virtual cards, cross-border Build the commercial offerings for various channels across issuing, acquiring, billpay providers etc. Drive the GTM motion — positioning, sales enablement, partner enablement, customer journey Own how we package, price and position our solutions across verticals, AP/AR, treasury, fund management, escrow etc. Build commercial offerings that North American enterprise market will recognise and adopt Customer and market engagement Be the senior product voice with our customers — quarterly reviews, joint roadmaps, exec-to-exec calls Represent DataNimbus at industry events, customer councils and analyst briefings where it matters Conduct ongoing market intelligence and translate it into commercial strategy Set the strategy for channel expansion and rail coverage expansion Partner with BD and sales to size, sequence and land channel partnerships Own "where do we go next" — market sizing, competitive analysis, build / partner / buy decisions Cross-functional leadership Partner with product development to influence roadmap based on market and customer requirements Partner with sales, BD, marketing and operations to drive North American growth growth What you\'ll bring 8 plus years in product commercialization, product marketing, product management or GTM strategy at a payments, fintech or financial services company Track record of building or scaling commercial offerings in B2B payments — you have shipped commercial outcomes that drove measurable revenue Deep operating history with money movement products (ACH, wire, real-time payments, virtual cards, cross-border) on the acquiring or receivables side Direct exposure to one or more of: PayFacs, MORs, ISOs, Business Payment Service Providers (BPSPs), Bill Pay providers, acquirers Domain depth in money management - escrow, trust, AP/AR, treasury or fund management — alongside money movement & criss broder flows Strong customer-facing skills - you have led senior customer conversations and made calls in the room Builder mindset - hands-on, ships work without waiting for a team, comfortable in scrappy environments Why Join DataNimbus?
