Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop AI-native applications and agent-based platforms supporting academic transcript processing, internal products, and student-facing applications. The role will involve full-stack development using Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript, along with building AI agents, integrating databases, managing cloud infrastructure, and supporting secure application delivery. The ideal candidate will also contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, release management, security, authorization, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate AI agents and agent-based capabilities into applications and platforms.
• Develop secure platforms for deploying and managing AI agents.
• Build internal products and student-facing applications.
• Integrate applications with databases and other data services.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based application architectures.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, release management, and production deployments.
• Implement security and authorization controls across applications and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI-native solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python and ReactJS.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI agents or agentic applications.
• Experience with database integration and application data management.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, AlloyDB, or comparable services on other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of application security and authorization.
• Experience developing scalable and production-ready applications.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing AI-native or agentic applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes and managed container platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native managed database services.
• Experience working with multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building secure platforms for AI agent deployment.
