Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer IV - Hybrid for a 5+ month contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN.

Compensation: $81.00 - $95.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities for a platform that enables engineering teams to deploy their software to the Cloud and Data Center. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing coarse-grained features and capabilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at breaking down large problems, defining acceptance criteria, and will require minimal oversight or direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute major platform features and capabilities
• Break down large problems and define acceptance criteria for work
• Work with minimal oversight or direction

Primary Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of application development experience
• 3+ years of full stack application development experience

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
• 2+ years of experience with Github Actions
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
• Experience with AWS Administration
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development
• Familiarity with DevOps technologies and experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD
• Ability to coach and teach other junior engineers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
