Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, retail and hospitality professionals, and motivated individuals looking to gain valuable experience and build a long-term career. You'll receive hands-on training while representing client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events .

- Represent client brands at live events and promotional activations
- Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Answer questions after receiving paid product and brand training
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute promotional materials
- Assist with registrations, orders, sign-ups, and customer inquiries
- Track customer feedback and event activity
- Work with event and marketing teams to help deliver successful campaigns
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Enthusiastic about customer service, marketing, and promotions
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Available for occasional evening and weekend events
