We're Looking For A: Retail Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing retail marketing strategies that aligns with overall business goals. This role involves overseeing national trade shows, managing the lifecycle of sales tools, analyzing program ROI, and streamlining ordering processes to ensure efficient retail marketing operations. Additionally, the Retail Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing in-store promotions, and optimizing the overall customer experience to drive sales and brand loyalty.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the management of national trade shows, including the creation and execution of booth setups.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event participation.
• Design and facilitate the ordering of Business to Business (B2B) sales tools for all brands.
• Analyze and refine the return on investment (ROI) for various marketing programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
• Manage the retail marketing materials inventory and streamline ordering processes with the warehouse and procurement team to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure efficient retail ordering processes for all marketing and merchandising materials.
• Manage the entire life cycle of Coupons & Astro Loyalty, from ideation through implementation, analysis, and payment.
• Implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of loyalty programs and coupon initiatives.
• Establish and manage a platform that centralizes all assets and tools, making them readily available to both internal sales teams and retailer partners.
• Collaborate with brand teams to create and develop all Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) sales tools and merchandising materials.

• 3 years of experience in retail marketing in the consumer goods space and Pet industry.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience in pet food retail marketing and in the in independent pet and/or pet specialty channel, preferred.
• 4 years of experience in online marketing or social media experience, preferred.
• Familiar with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,500-$90,100, plus annual bonus potential of 20% at target. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
