Bookkeeper Accounting Clerk

Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Description Our Blue Bell PA Accounting team is hiring a full- or part-time Bookkeeper - Accounting Clerk to help manage our finances and aid our business's growth. Schedule: full- or part-time between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. What to expect as our Bookkeeper - Accounting Clerk Handling vital job costing, accrual accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable responsibilities, you'll make sure all records are accurate and updated. You'll maintain our books and general ledger. Prioritizing accuracy, you'll measure job revenue, record expenses (labor, materials, etc.), and reconcile job costing data. You'll keep track of all vendor invoices, make payments on time, and report any cost variances to leadership. You'll also track customer invoices, reconciling payments as they come in and flagging accounts with overdue balances. Every month, you'll accurately reconcile loans, bank accounts, and credit cards as well as generate detailed financial documents for leadership. Qualifications Accounting software experience. Job costing and project-based accounting experience. Strong understanding of accrual accounting. Sharp attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to take ownership of your work and give your best every day. Preferred – bookkeeping experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
