Machine OperatorJob Title: Machine OperatorJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Houston, TX 77040Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hour DOEPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the manufacturing process, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with machinery, and able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.Set up and prepare machines for production.Load and position materials into machinery.Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Make basic machine adjustments as needed.Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Identify and report equipment problems or product defects to supervisors.Keep the work area clean and organized.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Must be comfortable working around machinery and performing repetitive tasks.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.Ability to lift and move materials as required.Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.Ability to safely work around manufacturing machinery.Must be able to wear required PPE.Ideal Candidate: Dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn.Full-Time $16.00–$18.00/hour DOE Houston, TX 77040
