As a Dietary Aide, you provide exceptional dining services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring meals are delivered safely, accurately, and with outstanding hospitality. What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve meals according to menus and therapeutic diet orders Deliver tray service and snacks as directed Maintain clean, organized dining and tray service areas Set up and reset dining rooms per community standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate records of resident dietary needs Review diet boards and daily logs to ensure compliance Practice safe food handling and complete cleaning assignments Support residents with courtesy and professionalism You help create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents’ nutritional health and well-being.
