Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site‑specific policies. Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, deliveries, and/or access‑related incidents, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to doors, gates, lobbies, and other access‑controlled areas. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
