What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Recreations Supervisor are is the frontline of the Activities & Events team, executing the programs designed to offer enjoyable experiences for resort customers. They will inject a fun and upbeat attitude into all activities to ensure that each event follows the guidelines and achieves the established goals. Must be adaptable to make adjustments as needed depending on weather or other circumstances which may affect the program.

We are looking for individuals with tremendous personalities, great attention to detail to join our team as a Recreation Team. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in ensuring the pool and recreations experience is next to none. A great Recreation Supervisor can make memories for guests that will last a lifetime!

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with staff about special events, programs and other items of interest.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
• Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost effective.

What are we looking for?

What you bring to the role:

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in activities & entertainment a plus
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable; customer centric mindset to work with groups representing all age groups and demographics.
• Fluent in English; Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus.

What are we looking for?

• Someone with a experience in a guest service role
• Someone with an engaging and energetic personality
• Someone with the ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively
• Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidays
