Job Summary:

AdviniaCare Summit Commons, a premier provider of post-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team for part-time hours. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering nutritious meals to our residents, many of whom require personalized dietary plans to promote their health and wellbeing. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for medical patients and older adults, ensuring compliance with nutritional plans and dietary requirements

• Assist in creating and delivering personalized meal plans that meet the needs of our residents

• Deliver food to patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and service, as needed

• Operate cooking equipment, including cookware, bakeware, and appliances

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a dietary aide

• Demonstrated experience in customer service is appreciated

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines

• Ability to operate cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances

• Ability to successfully operate cooking equipment
