The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and hands‑on experience in a Level 1 Trauma emergency room setting. This position requires the ability to handle high‑pressure situations and provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality nursing care in the emergency department. Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop patient care plans. Monitor and document patient progress, response to interventions, and changes in condition. Assist in managing critical care situations, including trauma responses. Required Experience & Certifications Minimum of 3 years of ER RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 1 trauma setting. Current New Jersey RN License. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association. PALS certification is preferred.
