Outside Sales Representative Location: Oregon (Field-Based – Bend, WA, Coast, Southern OR & beyond) Pay: $70,000–$85,000/year DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Mostly Field-Based Who We Are Our client is a well-established, family-owned company with deep roots in the construction industry. They are known for long employee tenure, strong leadership, and long-standing customer relationships – some spanning over 15 years. With a brand-new, impressive facility and a strong reputation in the market, they are ready to add the right Outside Sales Manager to their team – someone looking for a career , not a quick commission check. What You’ll Do This is a true Account Management + Hunter role. Manage and grow existing customer relationships Develop new business through daily cold calling and follow-up Work provided leads while actively generating your own Travel throughout Oregon and into Washington Spend most of your day in the field meeting contractors Create and execute a daily sales plan Collaborate closely with inside sales, warehouse, and management Build long-term, reoccurring sales relationships This is relationship-based selling. If you’re not comfortable hearing “no” and following up anyway this isn’t your role.
