This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeThe Charter Screener is responsible for conducting security screening of passengers, crew, baggage, and aircraft for charter and private aviation operations at a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or designated charter facility. This role ensures compliance with TSA regulations, airport security requirements, and company policies while maintaining a high level of customer service for private aviation clients.What You Will Be DoingScreen passengers, crew members, and baggage for charter and private flights in accordance with TSA and airport security guidelinesVerify identification, flight manifests, and access credentials prior to boarding or aircraft entryConduct physical inspections of baggage, personal items, and cargo as requiredPerform aircraft security sweeps and ensure secure access to ramp and sterile areasMonitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areasMaintain accurate security logs, screening records, and incident reportsCoordinate with FBO staff, flight crews, pilots, and airport security personnelRespond to security concerns, suspicious activity, or policy violations immediatelyEnsure proper handling of sensitive passenger and flight informationProvide professional and discreet customer service in a private aviation environmentEnforce compliance with all TSA, FAA, and company security proceduresAssist with emergency response procedures when requiredPerform other duties as requestedSafety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance: You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
