Travel ER RN

Role & Responsibilities Provide rapid, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. Assess, triage, and monitor patients; administer medications and treatments; assist physicians; educate patients and families; document care; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Requires at least one year of recent ER RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Preferred certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Must possess strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities to handle emergency situations effectively. Key Duties Rapid patient assessment, emergency procedure explanation, medication administration, equipment preparation, vital sign monitoring, life-saving responses, comprehensive documentation, patient education, team collaboration, and compliance with safety standards.
