Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Role: Travel Med Surg/Tele RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, document care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple patients, ensure infection control, advocate for patient needs, and facilitate discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, strong clinical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform duties, and proficiency in PC and documentation. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Key Duties Explain treatments, monitor patient responses, maintain safety standards, document care, collaborate with healthcare teams, prioritize tasks, follow infection control protocols, advocate for patients, and support discharge processes.
