How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Protocol Excellence: Delivers high-quality direct nursing care by strictly adhering to organizational policies and evidence-based safety protocols. Vigilant Patient Monitoring: Expertly implements care plans and tracks clinical status, providing real-time documentation and critical communication to the medical team. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Acts as the primary hub for all healthcare disciplines to synchronize treatment efforts and ensure cohesive, well-managed patient care. Order Execution & Transition Advocacy: Meticulously carries out physician orders while leading collaborative discharge planning to ensure a safe and efficient transition of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking No additional preferences.
