Job DescriptionYOUR TASKSIn this role, you will budget, procurement, installation, start-up of Electrical Projects in the plant. Provide assistance in troubleshooting problem equipment within the Maintenance Department. Insure all drawings/prints are kept updated, all new equipment spare parts are set-up. Maintain plant interest in all projects for which outside or internal engineering in designing, procuring and starting up is required.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTBudget, install, and procure the start-up of electrical projects in the plantProvide assistance in problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment within the maintenance departmentEnsure all drawings/prints are kept updated and that all new equipment spare parts are set-upMaintain plant interest in all projects for which outside or internal engineering in designing, procuring, and stating up is requiredDevelop all plant projects in which equipment changes are made to achieve productionSupport maintenance in troubleshooting, repairing, replacing problem equipmentReview all capital projects for the area assigned to insure acceptability for production and financial justificationArrange for adequate/proper production and maintenance training on all new equipmentMonitor all installation activity in area assignedWork with project management for all capital projects in assigned area to ensure implementation is successfulReview all design packages (electrical, electronics, power distribution) bid documents to ensure accuracy prior to installationWrite appropriation requests for all necessary capital replacement equipment and new capital equipment in assigned areaAssist planner in acquiring spare parts for all new and obsolete equipmentMust have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and well as communication both written and oralMust be result innovative and focused/driven with good leadership and motivation skillsEnsure implementation of measures and maintain controlsRaise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and dutiesEnsure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazardsDemonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate othersPerform other duties as assignedNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.THE ENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
