Job Title: Customer Concierge Lead We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Concierge Lead for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, calling leads, following up with recent guests for feedback/rebooking and keeping our schedule optimized.
