This role is key to ensuring every customer interaction ends on a high note. What You’ll Do Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop Load, unload, and handle merchandise safely Assist with showroom displays and store support tasks Support warehouse operations and inventory handling Maintain delivery vehicles and follow safety procedures Field collections What We’re Looking For Customer-focused, professional, and dependable Ability to lift 10–100+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical skills (furniture assembly) Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills (bilingual is a plus) Why It Matters You are the final touchpoint in the customer journey—your service directly impacts customer satisfaction, repeat business, and brand reputation.
