Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director/Manager/Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care. This includes making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulating care plans based on the diagnosis, and implementing and evaluating the plan of care. Qualifications Associate’s Degree Florida Registered Nurse License BLS certification Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Preferred: ICU or procedural experience as an RN (1 year) Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Other experience such as ICU or procedural RN work (1 year preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr UF Health
