Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1836.00/week -

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality, safe patient care in an emergency room setting, with responsibilities that include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will float between ICU and Tele units, ensuring the delivery of skilled nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer emergency and critical care treatments, including titration of drips and interpretation of strip readings.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and abnormal findings.
  
  
• 
  Guide and educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with other nursing staff to maintain clinical standards and ensure continuity of care.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid current state RN license required.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in acute or critical care settings.
  
  
• 
  Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
  
  
• 
  COVID vaccination/boosters preferred.
