Registered Nurse / RN

FHS is accepting applications for the final hiring phase of our 20-bed, skilled nursing facility addition. We are looking for an E/O weekend, evening nurse (2:00pm-10:30pm) to work in our TCU. Nurses play a vital role in the care of our residents. Some responsibilities include: Resident Assessment and Care Planning Collaborate with other healthcare team members Medication administration Monitoring activities Providing emotional support for our Residents well being Maintaining confidentially and HIPAA Oversee our CNAs and TMAs Assist with Direct Care/ Stand-By when necessary Accurate and thorough documentation Insure the safety and wellness of our Residents and Staff Helpful Skills include: Strong clinical assessment skills Proficiency in using electronic health record systems The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations Knowledge of various non-invasive medical treatments Benefits (must increase to 60+ hours / two-week pay period to qualify): Sign-On Bonus FHS covers your entire monthly health insurance premium!
