Our client, a top international law firm in New York, is seeking a temporary Staff Attorney, admitted in NY, on a long-term, temporary basis. The position will support the workflows of the corporate, private funds practice group. Primary responsibilities include: Assisting with various matters in connection with the drafting and negotiating documents, including fund side letter agreements. Demonstrating attention to detail and process management skills. This includes supporting Ongoing Fund Operations which involves: Drafting feeder fund formation documents (offering documents/PPM, limited partnership agreement, subscription agreement, transfer agreement, ancillary agreements) from forms and precedents. Review and analysis of sub docs from past funds for compliance/filing obligations and other events in a fund’s life cycle. Drafting agreements from forms and precedents. Understanding clients’ complicated network of entities. Rate: $80-120/hour, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Tower Legal Solutions
