Loan Processing Team Lead: Mentor & Drive Mortgage Ops

The successful candidate will guide a team of loan processors, manage weekly pipeline calls with branch managers, and serve as the point of contact for branches. You will mentor staff, monitor QC and suspense metrics, ensure timelines, and assist the Regional Processing Manager in daily operations.
