Must-Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and present findings to C-level and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop stakeholder-ready presentations, and communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years of professional data science experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hospital settings, medical informatics, healthcare IT/finance, or revenue cycle data management.
• Experience managing or analyzing Electronic Health Record (EHR) data.
