Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order management, quoting, and invoicing processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and smooth coordination across internal teams.

In addition to customer support, this position will assist with administrative, sales support, and light accounting tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotes for existing customers
• Process a variety of customer orders, including:
• • Standard orders
  • Orders requiring materials sourced internationally
  • Free-of-charge (FOC) orders
  • Replacement (RGA) orders
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the system
• Update and manage pricing data within the system
• Generate invoices and process credit memos
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and tracking
• Support the sales team with promotional item requests
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
