SENIOR TAX MANAGER

Compensation: $150k - $180k base salary 
Oregon | Hybrid / In Office Options Available

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a well established, Oregon based public accounting firm. WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this Senior Tax Manager role, you will balance technical expertise, client advisory, and team leadership.

• Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals and business entities
• Act as a trusted advisor to long term clients
• Mentor and develop managers and senior staff
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership on quality, growth, and people initiatives
• Help foster a positive, balanced, and accountable team culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• CPA required
• 8 plus years of public accounting tax experience
• Proven experience managing teams and client relationships
• Strong technical tax knowledge and planning capabilities
• A leadership style aligned with collaboration and long term thinking
