Position Summary

The Facilities Support Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including the warehouse, production areas, offices, common spaces, and restrooms. This individual will help create a safe, clean, and professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including:
  • Production floors
  • Warehouse areas
  • Offices and conference rooms
  • Breakrooms and common areas
  • Restrooms
  • Entrances and exterior walkways
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas daily
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
• Assist with facility organization and housekeeping projects
• Support company safety initiatives by maintaining clean and hazard-free workspaces
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently according to company standards
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities support experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
